6 Worlds Experiment
Overseers’ Introduction
24,300 nitu of 6-planet cross-population integration
This interactive report is designed for widespread and popular consumption, for the full scientific study
please see the original research papers available in the Fabric.
Over the last 100,000 itu (intergalactic time units), sapient species that have evolved as the only
sapient species on their planet have had problems integrating into the intergalactic community (e.g. the Zenken
genocide). These integration issues are increased by provenance religions, which are more commonly established
in single sapient species planets. Where they have successfully integrated, it has taken significantly longer to
achieve (e.g. 564 itu for successful Daizu integration and 973 itu for Hübmokk). In an attempt to prevent the loss
of future species and their cultures, researchers aimed to stimulate integration in pre-intergalactic
civilisations.
The team found 6 similar Nitrogen-Oxygen Atmosphere (NOA) planets with single sapient species (with global culture
– 4 with provenance religion backgrounds). Populations were then split evenly and relocated across the
planets. Planets and species are being observed to assess how this method of integration impacts species’
ability to later integrate.
This is an early experiment that, we think, will inform the development of an integration protocol. This study
focuses on NOA planets and corporeal, sapient species but there is scope to extend this to MG, AF and S
planets if this pilot study is successful. Plant and fungus sapient species were excluded in this iteration
of the experiment as a control.
Methods
For an in-depth break down of methods see the original paper published in the Fabric. This overview is for
the ease of comprehension by the lay-reader.
- Each planet has similar atmosphere and chemical composition, and has developed carbon-based, corporeal,
animal, sapient species as is common to NOA planets. Only two predatory species were included to minimise
the risk of mutual predation. CFFF rates were matched to facilitate eventual communication
- Subjects are aware of but did not need to consent to participation. Species were given 4000 nitu to prepare.
- Including an immunisation programme for all planets and species (including native fungi, flora and
fauna) – see immunisation report in the Fabric.
- Populations were split into 6 – population-splits were decided by species, then redistributed so each
planet held all 6 species.
- Host species were given priority to practise their culture and travel freely on their planet.
- Migrated species were compounded separately in a sufficient area (chosen by host species) using standard
atomic barriers (configured using atmospheric and water sampling), to protect all species and native fungi,
flora and fauna. For a barrier to be dropped between species, both sides must consent.
- Universal translators are made available when barriers drop. Leaders identified (by the species)
are given hardware. Software is freely available to all members of species who have dropped
barriers. The experiment is also being used as a field-test for the new intuitive translation
software developed by Iquek, Krecil and N’riq.
- For the first 8,100 nitu (mean to the nearest 50 nitu of year-lengths across planets), there was no
communication between planets. At 8,100 nitu, all species leaders were given UTs (if they did not
already dropped barriers) and intergalactic communication interfaces were unlocked. Population access is
controlled by each species on each planet.
- After 810,000 nitu, each species will be given access to interplanetary matter and consciousness transference
technology.
- Data collection is via direct observations and non-invasive consciousness recording.
Preliminary results
This is the first publication of the fascinating results for the first 24300 nitu of the experiment. We have
made a database of entries following one individual from each species on each planet (36 individuals).
Subjects have been selected to give insight into the species, the worlds and the experiences of each species
on each planet. From their consciousness records the following entries have been curated to facilitate
interest and education.
Beyond following the key events of each subject’s respective experiences, records that give “colour” or a
feeling of the place or time have been included.

These data suggest the following:
- Protocol findings:
- Atomic barriers need honing for effective use on all planets (see “Soil” entries)
- Immunisation protocol needs further refining (see immunisation report in the Fabric for more
information)
- While we controlled for many factors, planetary conditions impacted integration on every planet.
These forces, chemical balances, temperatures and day lengths the impacts of which are avoided on
Intergalactic Community Planets by higher standards of infrastructure, were problematic for these
species.
- Integration findings:
- Where individuals were in situations of high stress, this often forced integration.
- In these situations, even without access to translators, most individuals found ways to communicate.
(see “Safety” entries)
- Sensory modes were key to the speed and type of integration (particularly without access to translators).
- While some species’ cultures were not prone to integrating, individuals of all species found ways
to integrate. These individuals are of particular interest to the researchers (see canids on planets
other than their home-planet).
